At All Abroad Pet Travel, we know that every journey is personal to each of our clients. We create bespoke travel arrangements for the benefit of our clients and their pet families.
If you are travelling a long distance or travelling alone, we can offer a unique service of a two person drive team. This male and female drive team can cover a longer distance, enabling you to get to your destination without the need for an unwanted overnight stop on some journeys.
We recognise that having a female driver/chaperone on journeys can offer an additional level of comfort, especially for individuals who feel more at ease with a female presence during their travels. Rest assured, all of our drivers exhibit the highest standards of professionalism, presenting themselves in a friendly and respect manner.
Our two person drive team is also an option available for transporting pets unaccompanied, allowing additional attention to be provided to your beloved pet/s during their travels whilst reducing their journey time.
How many pets we can transport depends on whether they will be transported on their own, whether they are in crates and if the owner/s are coming too. We can carry a maximum of 5 pets in one vehicle, but this would also be subject to the size and age of your pets. Your pet’s welfare, safety and comfort are our priority.
You are welcome to travel with your pet or we can transport your beloved pets on their own. If you are travelling with your pet family, the number of pets we can transport will also depend on the amount of luggage you wish to bring.
Health and welfare on a journey are vital. As well as having air-conditioned vehicles, water is regularly offered to our VIP travellers and if their journey is over a mealtime, we will stop and offer them food/snacks supplied by the owner.
We would always encourage owners to supply a favourite blanket and toy to provide comfort and familiarity for their journey.
Pets can sometimes be anxious when travelling. We therefore always advise to keep food to a minimum before a journey. Dogs travelling in crates can sometimes have a nervous tummy, so it’s a good idea to be prepared with some wipes.
We are happy to discuss your specific pet’s needs at any stage of your enquiry or booking.
If you require a crate, we have a variety of crates available for use on your journey with us.
If you are travelling with a cat, on your request we can supply a disposable cat litter tray but, in our experience, cats will rarely use them. If you wish for your cat to use a cat litter tray, it is imperative that you bring a harness and leash.
We have a variety of well-maintained, air-conditioned vehicles available. We have vehicles ranging from estate cars to MPVs.
Our vehicles are fully insured for UK and European travel for both people and pets.
Our vehicles transporting pets unaccompanied are all checked and approved to DEFRA standards with the relevant licences.
