When Pets Travel Unaccompanied
We prioritise the safety, well-being, and comfort of your pet at all times. You can rest easy knowing they are being looked after by our diligent staff throughout their entire journey. We ensure that there are regular stops for exercise and comfort breaks, allowing pets to stretch their little legs and relieve themselves. Our drive team members are attentive to feeding and hydration requirements, providing water and meals at appropriate intervals.

Please note any quote is based on the current ticket price, the price might be subject to change as Le Shuttle tickets fluctuate in price and availability.
Once you’re happy with our quote and have all the details of your trip confirmed (pick up time and city/town in Europe/UK, how many pets, passengers and luggage and if applicable, flight number and airport) we will send you our booking email with the payment link attached. As soon as we receive your payment, we will book Le Shuttle and secure your booking with us.
You can pay by any card via our 3D secure payment link or by a bank transfer. We take a 50% deposit payment to secure the booking and the rest of the fare can be paid up to 5 days prior to your journey.
Yes, we don’t charge you for rescheduling. If there are any costs associated with changing your dates, such as an increase in your ticket price, we will inform you at the time you make the amendment.
If in the unlikely event that you need to cancel completely, any fully refundable Le Shuttle tickets will be refunded and other charges will be refunded if you are able to provide more than 24 hours’ notice.
